If you have recently received an email from us regarding Ehab and Paramjit's changes within our Practice, we implore you to please read the email carefully and thoroughly before contacting us in haste.
Our Reception staff have received a significant level of abuse from patients who are misreading or misinterpreting the email.
Abuse via telephone calls, voicemails, in person or via email will not be tolerated as we operate a zero-tolerance policy in line with the NHS.
